Ethical public speaking

Can anyone help me to write an essay about the 5 ground rules for ethical public speaking and the behaviors to avoid if the goal is to be an ethical communicator. Dont need to use resources outside

5 ground rules including: trustworthiness, respect (for self and audience), responsibility, fairness (acknowledging various opinions), and being civic-minded. You need to explain each one in each paragraph and show me how you apply it in your public speaking as you studied in class. Totally, your essay has to be 7 paragraph including: 1 introduction, 5 body paragraphs and 1 conclusion.
