Instructions:
The purpose of this assignment is to analyze the budget process by describing the changes over time of the composition of federal receipts and outlays.
Go to the Office of Management and Budget https://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/historical-tables/ and click on Table 6.1, “Composition of Outlays.” You can see that these detailed tables cover the federal budget’s history from 1940 to present. These tables also display projections for the federal budget up to four years into the future.
After reviewing the tables, you should write a 3–5-page paper:

Where are the biggest projected changes looking four years into the future?
