As our class descriptions reads:
In this era of disruption, organizations are facing major changes and leaders must be prepared to thrive in a state of constant change. The class will “address the [new realities of] qualities and skills leaders need in this rapidly evolving world” (Daft, p. xiv). We will concentrate on leadership skills and competencies [, and development of such,] from the point of view of the business leader. This course is designed to assist new and aspiring leaders to focus on the skills necessary in unleashing the potential in themselves and others, fostering high-performing teams.
