The project is a platform and an electronic application through which the best reservation price (hotels – flights) can be offered by conducting a direct auction at the best price through tourism companies and reservations anywhere in the world, and hotel and airline reservations can enter the competition by offering the best prices.

Working mechanisms of the platform:

The goal of the project:

Customers or travelers will get the best price if there is a desire to travel through this program and this program will solve the following problems:

Prices will be lower than competing websites

Save time and effort in searching continuously in case you want to travel for days and hours, as well as solving the problem of visiting tourism and travel companies and getting offers that may be inappropriate
Providing scope for small and medium tourism companies to collectively enter into competition with major companies and the client benefactor
Providing a discount rate that exceeds a minimum (2%) from any website and other application. The service is provided by the site administration under the agreement.

Website work steps

1. The traveler or the customer:

The customer creates an account on the site or application by registering through one of the following channels (Google – Facebook) or direct registration with his e-mail.
After registration, the customer makes an addition to the travel plan he wants, for example (room – hotel stars -name of Hotel – view – airlines – price – cities – budget – Person – times – days…etc)

Note: The offer is sent without specifying the name of the supplier, only if he makes a reservation, the data of the tourism company that made the reservation will be sent to the customer, the contact number and direct mail

But the customer’s request will be presented to him with all his requirements, choices and the right price appropriate for the customer

2. Companies and service providers:

The companies register on the site through the site management after signing the agreement between the two parties and agreeing to the terms of work on the site in addition to this after the necessary scrutiny from the site management and ensuring the health of the company and its data and the extent of benefit to our customers.

Companies receive customer requests through the following methods:

The e-mail in the event of a new customer request or in the event that the customer has obtained a new, better offer only, but without obtaining the reservation details, but only shows them the price that the customer obtained.
Providers can enter their own page that is opened by the site administration in order to choose the appropriate opportunities for them to present their offers and also follow up on their previous offers and submit new offers if possible
Advertisements on the site or offers from companies for the platform or the percentage of discounts offered on the site.
Purchases through the site at 1% of the total amount.

Steps for making an auction on demand for a client:

Opening an electronic account on the platform through the individuals section and those wishing to register for travel
An email or message containing the best offers and best prices will be sent, within a maximum period of 24 hours, with the last auction price.
In the event of acceptance and the customer’s desire to book and pay, this is done through the system approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the payment system (mada – Visa – MasterCard).
After payment, an email and a text message will be sent containing links to all reservation files, reservations, communication channels, and the person responsible for the customer’s reservation to communicate directly between them.
In the event of rejection, companies can submit new offers to the customer via e-mail.
