“The 18th and 19th centuries were a period of great change which witnessed dramatic political changes.  Not only was this based on a growing intellectual and philosophical movement known as the Enlightenment, but a period of immense revolution and protest.  For this discussion, you will evaluate this period and the specific ideas that came to prominence during the 18th and 19th centuries.
