How would you define inclusive language?

Think about this reflection as a way to demonstrate that you have completed the assigned readings. In other words, r efer back to specific content in the readings to support your responses. At minimum, your response to each question should contain 4-6 sentences. That means you should have a minimum of 20-30 sentences per reflection.
1. Your book talks about different disciplines where you are likely to encounter some type of public speaking. In which discipline that is outlined in your book, do you think you will experience the most public speaking in your life?
2. How would you define inclusive language? What is an example? How could you use inclusive language in your mock job interview? Why is it beneficial to use inclusive language in a job interview?
3. In your upcoming mock job interview, is there anything that you might share about yourself or your prior work experience that may be hard for the interviewer(s) to grasp? How could you use elucidating, quasi-scientific, and/or transformative explanations to make it more clear for them? Please provide an example for each.
4. What is something you learned from the readings that will be most beneficial in helping you solidify a clear and concise goal for a speech in this course and beyond? What is a thesis statement? What should be included in it? What should not be included in it?
5. You will practice interview skills in your next speech. It will be important to keep your answers clear and concise. How do you plan to narrow your “topic” (or the information you plan to share) for each question you are asked?
