IAH 204 MSU Vietnamese Culture Perspective Interview Discussion

I’m studying for my Writing class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study? For this field journal, I would like you to find someone from a culture (ideally someone who has immigrated to the United States, but may also be someone whose parents immigrated) other than your own to interview. We are going to expand upon your field work skills yet again by conducting interviewsof someone who likely has a very different worldview than yourself.  Ask them about their experiences asan immigrant, learning a new culture and new language. Some questions to consider (you don’t have to use these exact questions):o Where are you from?o How long have you/your family been in the United States?o Was it hard to adjust to life in the United States?o Did you know English before you/your family came here?o Was it difficult learning a new language?o What has been the biggest challenge for you/your family?o What has surprised you the most about the United States?
