In your opinion, does there need to be a revision to copyright law that updates and reflects the more current music world today?

Copyright of both sound recording and compositions have been equally challenged in the past 50 years. In your opinion, does there need to be a revision to copyright law that updates and reflects the more current music world today? If so, what parts of the current copyright law need to be updated and why?
