Must make 5 unique letters of recommendations. 

4 of them must be from the position of a medical provider (Doctor, Physicians Assistant) talking about a Medical Assistant. (2 from Doctors and 2 from Physicians Assistants)

1 must be from the position of a Pharmacist talking about a Pharmacy Technician.
