Instructions
· First, read 
at least one of the articles in the module, and 
watch one of the webinars/documentaries. Try to pick something that will help you learn something new!

· In 3-4 pages answer the following questions. All except the final question can be answered before you participate in the discussion board or in class discussion.

What experiences or identities influence how you think about race, ethnicity or the relationship between racism and health? Do you remember witnessing, hearing about or experiencing anything as a health care provider or as a patient that you think of as an example of how racism might influence access to care or health outcomes?
2. Which article would you recommend to a colleague? Why or why not? What was the most important “take home message” of the article to you?
3. Would you recommend the film or webinar you watched to a colleague? Why or why not? What was the most important take home message for you?
4. Answer this question AFTER the discussion thread or in class discussion- What ideas from your own experience with observing the impact of racism about opportunities to make changes will you carry forward into your own workplace, future practice or daily life?
