*Please use the Netflix option in the prompt below.
In the case study, the student will read a book about a real-world project alternatively, the student can watch “Fyre, The Greatest Party That Never Happened” on Netflix. The student will then analyze the project in light of what has been covered in class. There is no formula here. I am looking for something interesting and insightful.
You don’t need to cover everything. A few points covered in deep and thoughtful way will be better than a cursory overview. Here are some things to consider:
What was the objective of the project? What need did it fill? Who were the major stakeholders?
How did the project meet the need? What were the major deliverables?
What were the major risks and problems encountered by the project?
What principles of this course were applied in this case? What principles were ignored? What effect on the project did following or ignoring the principles taught in this course have?
Was the project successful? How did its success or failure depend on good project management or the lack thereof?
