Richard is working at the factory as a regular worker in the country that has a high cost of living with a salary of RM1500 per month. Lucy, however, promised to give her brother Richard an additional RM1500 every month as living expenses such as accommodation, food, and others in the condition that their mother let her take full control of the family business. Her family has a restaurant and a few branched in the country. Their mother agreed to give the restaurant to Lucy and make a contract for Lucy in making sure her son also gets the money from the sales every month. After several payments, Lucy however failed to fulfill her promise and her brother wants to sue her.
