Social Issues Discussion

I’m studying for my Psychology class and need an explanation. The social environment surrounding organizations, and how  organizations interact with and impact society, has been of growing  interest to IO psychologists. Topics in this field include trust,  corporate social responsibility, inclusive organizations, diversity  initiatives, generational issues, and more. Find at least 2 recent  (since 2010) peer-reviewed, scholarly research articles on one of these  social topics. You may use the required readings as a starting point but  the required articles should in addition to the readings list. In your  post, include the following:Describe the current research on the chosen social topic. Why is this topic of importance in today’s organizations and to IO psychologists? What is the impact of this topic on global organizations?
