Every student should have at least three connections to the material from class with APA style in-text citations. For the book, you can use any chapter, even chapters we have not yet covered. You can also refer to the lectures (Flynn, 2022).1. Were you raised with a religious framework? If so, what was it?2. Think about the religious messages you received as a child. Did your religion offer information about gender and/or gender roles? You may consider that not having a religious background provided information to you, too.3. What messages do you see in today’s society that reflect both gender and religion?4. In your experience, what religious messages are harmful in terms of gender?5. In your experience, what religious messages are helpful in terms of gender?6. In class we discussed “complementarianism.” What is complementarianism and what are your beliefs about complementarianism?7. In class, we discussed an article (Forman-Rabinovic & Sommer, 2018) which examined the relationship between religious variables and abortion policy.
