What are some important factors you need to take into consideration when lesson planning?

The topics covered this week prepare you to develop lessons in consideration with the different
factors that shape student learning at the elementary school level. While it isn’t easy to design a
lesson when you simultaneously need to make sure you’re meeting various needs and requirements
of the students, curriculum, and broader instructional standards, the first step is to be aware of all
the factors at play, and over time, allowing the frameworks you develop to support each lesson you
prepare.
Respond to the following in a minimum of 100 words:

What are some community, district, and school factors to consider? Why is this information
important, and how does it apply to your instructional planning? Explain and provide specific
details to support your response.
What does it mean to be inclusive in the classroom? How do you create an inclusive
classroom environment? Provide examples of some ways you can adjust a lesson or an
assessment for students with language barriers.
