2. My research question: What are the experiences of senior female managers in cybersecurity that have dealt with gender inequality and pay disparities in the workforce?

10. The theory I was thinking about using is the Liberal Feminist theory, but if you think that there is a much better theory that will go better with the topic then I am open to any recommendations that you may have.
