Written Report– The student will be required to write a report based upon an aircraft accident that made a significant impact on the field of Aviation Safety. This report will be a minimum of 5 full pages. (not including title, abstract, reference page or pictures/graphs). 

Requirements:

The first 3 pages will detail the accident and given facts. NTSB report details

The last 2 pages will describe the safety issue the accident identified, what is being done to rectify it and is the solution working.
