For this final assignment, you are going to create an imaginary art exhibition based on a theme of your choosing. This exhibition should be based on course content and include 5 or more works of art that you select based on your theme. Your exhibition will also include an exhibition statement that contextualizes your ideas. The Theme: Get creative! Themes like Impressionism or puppies are not going to give you much room for creativity. Now, puppies in Impressionism is starting to get more interesting, but I’m not sure there were many puppies in Impressionism, plus it still feels a bit limiting. The best themes are creative and broad, but not so broad that they are meaningless (for example, joy as a theme is so broad it lacks any significant meaning). The Exhibition Statement: The statement will have an introduction with a thesis statement that identifies your theme and explains the significance of your ideas. This statement should be written in 3rd person. . This handout from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) will give you an overview of how you should approach the statement. The artwork: 5 or more artworks found using the same resources used in previous discussions: should be thoughtfully ordered in your exhibition to help illuminate your ideasshould be thoughtfully ordered to make connections between the works of art that comprise your exhibition. For this, you may want to imagine we are actually walking through a gallery space or museum space. What do we encounter first? What comes next? Why? can be of any time/place/ monetary value/cultural significance, etc. The sky is the limit! Format:PDF DocumentFirst, your exhibition statement which addresses your theme and makes connections between the artworks (refer to the RISD handout; examples near the end of the doc., 200-300 words/2-3 paragraphs).Next, 5 or more works of art in order. Be sure to properly cite artworks: title, medium, artist, and date.

Essay #1 Prompt Using Hell or High Water (David Mackenzie, 2016) . Develop an analysis of how the film?s narration works to facilitate the viewer?s understanding/comprehension of the fabula (story) from its syuzhet (plot) and stylistic systems. You should construct a strong and clear central thesis that considers the film?s narration as a whole (a global approach), while also identifying specific moments, scenes, and/or sequences (a local approach) to support your thesis. As we have discussed, a film?s narration uses specific devices to guide the viewer in their understanding of the fabula, so you should consider how the concepts we?ve worked with in class function here to cue and/or constrain information in particular ways. This involves connecting broad narrational strategies, such as range and depth of knowledge, to more specific narrational strategies. Finally, your thesis should also include a statement on the film?s stylistic system and how it interacts with syuzhet processes at both local and global levels. In order to develop and write your analysis, you will need to understand and apply the following concepts:Differentiate and discuss the different types of ?gaps? of information, delays, or repetition of information that may be relevant to the film?s narration in helping to create the fabula;Discuss how information is restricted/unrestricted (range of knowledge); the degree of subjectivity/objectivity of information (depth of knowledge); the self-consciousness and/or communicativeness of film?s narration in organizing the cues that create the fabula;Demonstrate that fabula and narration/syuzhet are different things (though related);Show you understand and can analyze how the film?s style (e.g., mise-en-scene, cinematography, editing, sound) works as part of the narration to help create the fabula;Select and apply the concepts that are most relevant for this assignment?s analysis;Undertake a detailed close reading of parts of the film and relate them to the whole;Understand that analysis of the film?s narration is not the same as a plot summary.Remember that not all of our course concepts will be relevant to every film: make sure you are organizing your analysis around the concepts that you find most pertinent to your analysis of this particular film?s narration. In other words, you do not need to include every concept discussed in Weeks 1 and 2, as not all will be relevant to this particular film. Focus on the concepts that you determine to be most important for your analysis of the film?s narration. Part of what you are learning to do is to determine which concepts are most relevant as you analyze the narrational strategies for a particular film.

CASE STUDY ANALYSIS?NEO-PSYCHOANALYTIC AND BEHAVIORAL PERSONALITY THEORIES
The Module Assessment in Week 8 is a personality theory case study analysis that will be developed during Weeks 2 – 8. The Module Assessment is based on a case study found in your Learning Resources, “The Case of Mrs. C.”
This week you examined personality theories from the neo-psychoanalytic and behavioralÿ theoretical orientations. Supported by the information you gathered in your Personality Theory Matrix, analyze the case of Mrs. C based on one theory from the neo-psychoanalytic orientation and one theory from the behavioral orientation examined this week. The case study analysis considers Mrs. C?s symptoms (including cultural considerations) and offers relevant assessments and interventions for her case. Additionally, it must be supported by scholarly materials from research of reputable sources.

EDMG230 – Mock Incident Response Plan – Powerpoint Presentation
This assignment is your opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of the material we have covered during the course. For this project students will come up with a fictitious incident response plan and develop a Powerpoint presentation containing a minimum of 10 slides.
Develop a response plan for a mock incident involving a facility or location in your community. This is a single incident of your choosing, such as a fire, active shooter, natural disaster, etc. We are looking for you to simulate an incident response and use your project as an opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned about the incident command process during the course. The Powerpoint presentation should contain the following slides:
ú Slide 1 – Title Page
ú Slide 2 – Overview of the Incident
ú Slides 3 – 9 – Comprehensive Response Plan
ú Last slide – References
ú Decide who will be the Incident Commander (IC). Or you could choose a Unified Command (UC). Develop the five ICS functional areas and specific responsibilities for each area pertaining to your incident. A completely developed and detailed Incident Action Plan (IAP) should be included as part of your presentation. You should also include maps, images as well as the completed ICS Forms (excel file) we worked on during the Week 6 Forum.
ú You should use a minimum of three sources to support your plan. These sources may include applicable federal, state, or local laws, as well as research or other sources relevant to your plan.
ú Your powerpoint presentation should contain a minimum of 10 slides, including your title and reference slides. All sources used must be properly cited. Your references should be formatted in APA style.
