This period, for many, has been difficult on so many different levels, and yet for some, it has been a great time of reflection and reconnection period with family and friends. Who knows exactly how long this new norm will last but what we do know is that it has forced us to re-examine the way in which we communicate, shop, and conduct business, to name a few.I look forward to reading about how the changing behaviors in our society as well as how they relate to changing technologies.
